country of origin & Refund

If possible I would rate the company 0, Firstly, on the website the company is claiming that it's a Govt approved start up of India giving a wrong impression that all the items sold by them are made in India. In reality they are hiding the fact that their products are made in china. under the product description the country of origin is missing.
secondly, when I approached them for return of product and refund based (as I was not ready to buy a Chinese product), they told me to send the parcel back by India Post and promised me to refund the entire amount including the parcel charges. However on receiving the item they have deducted their parcel charges from the refund. Overall I had a very bad experience and would advise others not to buy any stuff from Hardoll. They are deceiving people in many ways. BIG CHEATERS!!!!
